  1. Focus and Description:
    Compass pattern skating works on the 4 pillars to goalie skating (track, rotate, load, push). Track – head moves 1st to find new target. Rotate – Shoulders 2nd, Hips 3rd, Feet 4th.
    *Body should now be facing new target.
    Load – Put all weight on back leg.
    Push – Drive with 100% power to new target. Set in stance quickly.
